Rev. Fr. Leo Mario F. Singco, OSA is the passionate hinge and active supporter of the cooperative since its foundation. He was ordained priests in 2006. Aside from being a spiritual adviser, he also oversees the management together with Ms. Daisy Perez. At present, he is finishing his Doctoral Studies at the Univeristy of San Jose - Recoletos, Cebu on Management Education.

Mr. Warlito Noguerra has been a Board of Trustee since the foundation of the cooperative in 2010. He is a retired teacher from the Socorro National High School. He is also a Board of Trustee of the Bucas Grande Foundation College in Socorro.

Ms. Daisy Perez is from Cebu City, Cebu. She came to Socorro to help established the cooperative. She is much familar to the Augustinian way of life since she is an Augustinian Vocation Promoters at the Baslica Minore del Sto. Nino. With her work as a General Manager of the Coop store and the garments factory, indeed without her love and service to the community ROCACOCO wouldn't last this far.
